Multi-Family Residential Commercial Institutional Light Industrial Modular Construction Specialty Projects
Design-Build:
- Standard prime contract between Owner and Design-Builder where the Design-Builder performs Design Service and Construction under one agreement, for a single, pre-determined stipulated or fixed price.
Design-Bid-Build / Stipulated Price:
- Standard prime contract between Owner and prime Contractor to perform the required work for a single, pre-determined fixed price or lump sum, regardless of the Contractor’s actual costs.
Guaranteed Maximum Price:
- Standard prime contract between Owner and Contractor to perform the required work on an actual-cost basis, plus a percentage or fixed fee which is applied to the actual cost, but not exceeding a predetermined maximum contract price.
Cost Plus:
- Standard prime contract between Owner and prime Contractor to perform the required work on an actual-cost basis, plus a percentage or fixed fee which is applied to the actual costs.
